The Managing For Success® Reports assess an employee’s individual strengths and possible limitations and assist managers and supervisors in developing an Action Plan for increasing employee productivity and overall organizational effectiveness. Administered via the Internet, the 10-minute assessment generates a 25-page report that is e-mailed directly to the manager within a few minutes of completion.

Managers use the reports for performance evaluations, coaching, new employee orientation, conflict resolution, pre employment screening and to revitalize the individual and team.
